Interested parties, fulfilling the criteria as given in the Registration Form, may download the form and send their application along with copies of all relevant documents to the address given below. Applications received on or before 31st May and 30th November shall be considered for Registration in the months of June and December respectively. Incomplete application(s) or application(s) received without relevant documents attached to it may not be considered and no intimation shall be given in this regard to the applicant. Points, which are not applicable, shall be marked with "N.A.".
